White Glove Cleaning NI started in 2019 as a small commercial cleaning operation. From the beginning, the focus was on doing the work properly rather than doing a lot of it quickly.

With experience across a range of commercial environments, we noticed that clients often managed several cleaning contractors at once, and those services rarely joined up well. Post-construction teams would leave a site before it was truly ready for an office clean. Carpets would be treated separately, on a different schedule, by a different company. Communal areas would fall into a gap between responsibilities. The result was more administration for the client and a lower standard than any single contractor would admit to.
Our response was to bring those services together. White Glove handles office cleaning, post-construction cleaning, communal areas, end of tenancy, carpet and hard floor care as a single contractor. Services are planned to complement each other rather than create overlap or gaps. Clients deal with one point of contact, one standard, and one company that is accountable for all of it.
